Change Account Settings in Outlook 2016

The Account Settings view in Outlook 2016 (aka Classic Outlook) has been simplified and some of the settings you may need to access to make changes to an existing email account have moved to a new location. Follow these steps to access your account settings in Outlook for Windows.

Details

1) Open Outlook 2016 and click File.

2) Select Info, then click the Account Settings button. Select Manage Profiles from the list of options.

3) Click the Email Accounts button in the Mail Setup pop-up window.
