Email Setup for Gmail on an Android Device

The following instructions will guide you through the step-by-step process of adding a secure email account to the Gmail app on an Android device. Screenshots were taken using Android Version 6.

ACCOUNT SETTINGS

Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.invisibleink.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.invisibleink.com
Username: you@yourdomain.com (full email address, all lowercase)

Open Settings on your Android device

Select Accounts from the Settings menu

Choose Personal (IMAP)

Enter your email address (all lowercase), then tap Next

Enter your email password, then tap Next

Enter the incoming mail server address, then tap Next

Make sure Require Signin is toggled ON and enter the SMTP server address, then tap Next

Adjust Sync Frequency (if desired), then tap Next

Your account has been successfully added. Tap next to begin using Gmail.
